The project Vital Rural Area has been built up within the transnational conditions set by the Interreg IVB North Sea Programme. This approach is founded on the international exchange of knowledge, skills, experience and expertise, not only between the project partners during the lifetime of the project, but also after the project and in other regions of Europe27. ![]() rural power pack RPPThe main deliverable or key innovative product of the project will, therefore, be a transferable general working method how to organise and implement sustainable projects on regional development: the rural power pack RPP. Within the three content related workpackages, the RPP will be generated on the basis of the integrated and (scientifically) evaluated pilot activities in a constant learning process of trial and error, experimentation, testing, evaluation, improvement, etc. In addition, the co-operative agreement approach and the contributions by the members of the scientific group are essential components.
mobile communication and publicity teamTo organise the transnational interchange of the RPP, Vital Rural Area gives a high priority to communication and dissemination in the last twelve months (from 12/2012 to 12/2013) of the project's lifetime and beyond. Established on a firm dissemination marketing strategy and an active marketing approach, the mobile communication and publicity team will - to stimulate other regions in Europe27 to start projects on regional development - organise workshops and project presentations using the rural power pack RPP. |
